Britain's vehicle breakdown services are called out around 20,000 times each and every day. A high percentage of breakdown call outs are fixed at the roadside, enabling you to be back on the road without a huge delay. After all you don't want to be stranded in the middle of nowhere or stuck on the motorway hard shoulder for hours.
When you take out our breakdown cover you are buying into a network of specialists, who operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Experienced professionals who not only know how to fix your vehicle and get you on your way with the minimum of fuss, but treat the safety of you, your passengers, and other road users as a priority.
Our Breakdown cover only applies to the insured vehicle, which should be properly serviced and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, and does not cover the cost of any replacement parts, fuel, tyres or other materials used in the repair.
With our basic Roadside Rescue cover you can expect 24/7 roadside assistance anywhere in the UK, as long as you are at least a mile from home. If your vehicle cannot be fixed or repaired at the roadside, we'll transport you, up to 7 passengers, and your vehicle to the nearest approved repairer within 20 miles.
As well as our Roadside Rescue above, if you're at home and your vehicle won't start, or if it breaks down a short distance from your home address, then this covers you. If it cannot be fixed we'll transport you and your vehicle to the nearest approved repairer within 20 miles.
Our comprehensive UK cover. As well as Roadside Recovery anywhere in the UK, including at your home address, if your vehicle can't be fixed, we'll take you, your vehicle, and up to 7 others to a nearby garage, or on to your destination. Or, you could get a replacement vehicle for up to 24 hours while yours is being fixed, or if it's late at night we'll provide overnight emergency Bed & Breakfast accommodation.
Our comprehensive UK Cover of Roadside Recovery, Doorstep, and onward travel, plus European travel. Extra benefits of European Rescue include cover before your trip, despatch of replacement parts should they not be available locally and repatriation to the UK if required.
